During that evening her spoke person’s made a statement which said “Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time”.

I know who is really thinking of this loud mouth idiot, but though he may be a jerk, I have to say his character is missed. The show needs him I think.I found Burke and Christina relationship to be the most interesting. I liked watching them on tv. Anorexic Meredith and Mcdreamy were getting boring to watch.
But I wonder what is going on with him ever since Bionic Woman was cancelled. Anyone knows?

Hulk Hogan Finally Speaks Out of his Divorce

Finally he has opened up to the media about his divorce. He mentions how he wishes that they still were together. It seems as if this divorce had divided the whole family. On Brooke’s show, we mainly see Hulk, and the mother is probably mainly with the son due to the accident. I find it funny how Hulk tries to be the best parent ever but instead he comes off as a shameful excuse of a parent. He provides his son with alcohol and a fast car. And when his son gets a ticket he gives him even more. Nick only had his license for a year and already he received three speeding tickets. Does Hulk not know that Drinking and Driving is wrong? It seems as if I am blaming Hulk for this, but he does have a huge influence on his son and look where those lefts Nick’s friend lost half his brain and will never live a normal life. It sad and that’s why I lost respect for Hulk Hogan.

Their family is about to grow, and now Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may be in the market for roomier digs.
“I guess they are looking for a bigger place now,” pal Kevin Smith told PEOPLE at a the Maxim magazine party on Saturday in San Diego where he attended Comic-Con.
The director-actor, who is a longtime friend of Affleck and starred with Garner in 2006’s Catch and Release, also revealed how he learned the news that the couple – who are parents to daughter Violet, 2 – are expecting again.
“I saw him last week. Ben came over to watch my movie (Zack and Miri Make a Porno) at the house, and he told me, ‘We’re having another baby,’” recalls Smith.
He added that parenthood comes naturally to both stars. “[Jen] is such a Martha Stewart type. She is a perfect mom,” he says. “And [Ben] is a great dad, which I found not that surprising, but it’s a side of him that I never thought about before he became a dad. He’s a great father. He loves that kid of his.”
Rapper DMX pleads not guilty to felony charges

PHOENIX (AP) — DMX rapped for reporters outside a Phoenix courtroom after pleading not guilty to felony charges of theft and identity theft. Then he plugged his new album.
Authorities allege the 37-year-old rapper gave the name “Troy Jones” and an incorrect Social Security number to a Scottsdale hospital in April to avoid paying $7,500 in medical expenses.
Following a hearing on Thursday, DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, rapped: “If you ever fall down, get back up.”
The theft and identity theft charges come after months of trouble for Simmons, who also faces multiple charges of drug possession and cruelty to animals in Maricopa County.
He is due in court Aug. 12th for a conference relating to those charges.
Golden Girl Estelle Getty Dies at 84

Surrounded by her family and caregivers, actress Estelle Getty — known for her role as the wise-cracking Sophia Petrillo on the Golden Girls — died Tuesday morning at her Los Angeles home.
She was 84.
She was to turn 85 on Friday.
Her longtime caregiver Paul Chapdelaine wrote on her Web site:
“Sadly, today July 22, 2008 at 5:35 a.m. Pacific Time, we said our last good-byes to our little friend Estelle, who passed away and made her journey to the great beyond. Although it was a trip that she never wanted to take, she went gracefully, in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by her family and her very loving care-givers.
“Estelle’s legacy will live on and on through the comedy and laughter she gave to us all, which will forever keep us laughing out loud.
“For us here, who have known and cared for her for so many years, we’ve lost our dear little friend who always kept us entertained by filling our days with joyful laughter. Estelle’s fans across the globe have lost the feisty little lady known as Sophia Petrillo, whose quick wit, cutting remarks, and outrageous punch lines will forever be quoted and remembered.
“Estelle was a fighter. She always stood up for the underdogs, fought for equality for all, and always pictured a world filled with “Love and Laughter” —her most favorite catch phrase.
“Estelle, we love you and will miss you dearly. We pray that you are met at the Pearly Gate with open arms and a warm welcome by all who have passed before you. If there’s a stage over there, I know you’ll be on it. If there’s a thrift shop, I know you’ll be shopping, and if there’s a deli, I know you’ll be eating there holding court with Rhoda and Sylvia … and the laughter will be heard throughout the heavens.

Getty had been suffering from poor health over the years.
The latest reports claim she was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia, a progressive brain disease.
In 2005, her Golden Girls co-star Rue McClanahan told Entertainment Tonight when she called her on the phone, “the only thing she was able to say back to me was, ‘Yes.’”

Born in New York City, Getty launched her career in the Yiddish theater.
She earned acclaim for her role as playing Harvey Fierstein’s mother in Broadway’s Torch Song Trilogy.
She was best known, however, as the quick-wittted Sophia on The Golden Girls. She won an Emmy in 1988 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
In 2006, her caregiver told Entertainment Tonight, “Estelle would like them all to know that if she has made you laugh, encouraged you to think, and challenged your beliefs, then she has done her job.”
She is survived by her two adult sons, Barry and Carl.
Amy Winehouse’s Husband Sentenced to 27 Months in Jail

Amy Winehouse won’t be seeing her husband for quite some time.
Blake Fielder-Civil has been sentenced to 27 months in jail after admitting that he beat up a pub manager in a barroom fight in 2006.
The 26-year-old – who has been in jail since his arrest last November – also admitted he offered the landlord of Macbeth’s pub in London $400,000 to stay quiet, the Associated Press reports.
The judge told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” way.

Winehouse, 24 – who wed Fielder-Civil in May 2007 – wasn’t in court at the time of the sentencing.
It might be a good thing Fielder-Civil will remain behind bars.
Winehouse’s father Mitch had recommended Fielder-Civil seek rehab if he got out.
“If he comes out and they go back to doing what they were doing before, she’s going to have a serious health problem,” Mitch recently said. “He’s a fit young man, he could probably carry on like this for the rest of his life. Amy can’t and he has to understand that.”
Meanwhile, the personal drama continues for Winehouse, who is set to start writing her new album in September.
It’s Over: Britney & Kevin Reach a Custody Settlement

Britney Spears and her ex Kevin Federline have reached a custody settlement in their epic court battle over their two sons – averting a scheduled trial.
According to the agreement, which still needs to be signed off on by the court, Federline retains sole custody of the couple’s two sons, Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2. Spears – who’s currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week – will get more visitation rights.
“The case has been settled,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan (working with attorney James Simon), tells PEOPLE. “This is the end of a two-year journey.”
Spears’s attorney, Laura Wasser, said outside the courtroom after the hearing: “Britney’s doing great. She’s very pleased [with the settlement]. The kids are with her right now.”
Without giving details, Wasser confirmed that Spears did win “more custodial time” with the boys. A source close to Spears confirms the singer will gain an additional overnight by year’s end, barring any setbacks.
Spears, 26, and Federline, 30, split in November 2006. When their divorce was finalized in July 2007, they shared 50-50 custody. But things took a dramatic turn when Spears – the pop powerhouse worth an estimated $100 million – was twice forcibly hospitalized early this year for mental health issues.
Spears lost all visitation rights with her kids until the following month, and her father Jamie stepped in to take legal control of her affairs.
Despite the settlement, a judge can always modify custody arrangements.
“Until the kids turn 18, we can expect in years to come that Britney and Kevin will be back in court,” says L.A. family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. “Britney will have a better chance of winning more custody once she regains her health. This is just the end of Round One.”
